Ringwell Business Phone

Your company line, on every phone and computer.

Ringwell is a professional softphone that puts your company phone line on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows and Linux. It connects to your company's own phone system, the 360 IPPBX, so every call goes out with your company's number and follows your company's rules.

Why Ringwell

The problems softphones are known for, solved and tested.

A work phone that misses calls is worse than none. Every point below has passed our tests on real phones and real networks.

It rings, every time

Our own push service wakes the app even when it's closed and the phone is locked. Tested through battery saving, closed apps, 12-hour sleeps and the battery killers some phone makers add.

Calls survive network changes

Walk out of the office mid-call and move from Wi-Fi to 4G: the call carries on. A Wi-Fi change while the phone is ringing doesn't lose the call either.

Works on strict networks

A built-in relay gets calls through hotel, office and guest Wi-Fi, including networks that block UDP. One-way audio was fixed at the source, in the phone system too.

Clear HD voice

Wideband Opus audio with echo cancellation, so your customers hear you, not the room.

Secure

Calls are encrypted between the device and the phone system: TLS for signalling, DTLS-SRTP for audio. Each device has its own key, which can be revoked when a phone is lost.

Set up in seconds

Scan a QR code or open a setup link from your administrator. No server addresses, no passwords to type.

See it

One app, the same on every screen.

The same keypad, the same call screen and the same words on phones, tablets and computers, so your team learns it once.

Call-centre ready

Built for agents who take calls all day.

Queue calls ring like any call and show which line or queue they came in on, so an agent knows how to answer before saying a word. On the desktop, Ringwell becomes a full agent phone.

  • An incoming-call window on top of your other apps
  • Answer and hang up from anywhere with global shortcuts
  • Starts with the computer and stays in the tray all day
  • Optional auto-answer after 2 seconds, with a beep, for headset desks
  • Choose your microphone, your headset and where the ringtone plays
Everything a work phone does

The desk phone, without the desk.

Your extension, your colleagues, your queues and your company numbers, with the same rules your phone system applies to every desk.

  • Hold, mute, keypad and transfer
  • Recent calls, with missed calls in one tap
  • On phones: rings on the lock screen like a regular call
  • On phones: your contacts, which stay on your phone
  • On phones: see calls on your other devices, like your desk phone, and take them over with one tap
  • On phones: park a call and pick up parked calls
  • One product everywhere, with the same look and behaviour on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows and Linux
Trust

Private by design, clean by licence.

No ads, no tracking

No third-party analytics and no data sold. The short call-quality report sent after each call carries no audio, no phone numbers and no names. Read the privacy policy.

Clean licensing

No GPL, AGPL or LGPL code in what we ship, so Ringwell fits company software policies without legal surprises.

Put your company line in every pocket.

Ringwell works with the 360 IPPBX, the phone system we host for you or install on your own servers. Tell us how many people take calls, and we'll set up your lines.
